Renovation of a 16,730 SF office space for a new medical office, including demolition of existing areas and installation of new walls, doors, and finishes. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection were design-build and GMC coordinated IT, A/V, and security work with the tenant’s vendors on site.
