Freestyle Poke - Multiple Locations

Freestyle Poke is a fast-casual Poke Bowl concept home-grownout of Kansas City. GMC managed the overall development from a one-storeconcept to a 3-store operation including a mobile unit, central commissarykitchen and distribution facility. Our turnkey delivery of the concept includeddesign coordination and oversight, procurement of fixtures, furniture andequipment, architectural and engineering services management, andbuilding/health/code/liquor permitting. The entire process was completed ineight months with the launch of the Freestyle Poke Food Truck in Sept. 2019.
