GolfTRK - Prairie Village
Tenant finish of 15,561 SF in the redeveloped former Macy's at the Shops of Prairie Village. The program includes eight high-tech simulator bays, a center-court PuttView green and high-end conference and meeting spaces, as well as back-of-house storage. GMC coordinated with the shell contractor and the owner's simulator and PuttView vendors to complete the buildout.
