Jack Stack Barbeque
Three day project consisting of removal of original 20-ton, 2 story masonry bbq pit and replacement with new wood-fired grill, hood/fire suppression system, relocation of all utilities, new interior walls/finishes. The restaurant was closed for 1 day and the project was completed on time and under-budget.
