Goebel Mitts worked on 4 locations for Onyx 7 Investments to convert existing real estate - from former drive-thru restaurant to a newspaper printing facility - into retail dispensaries operating under the banner of From the Earth. Sizes ranged from 2800 SF - 8000 SF and includes high-security reception areas, retail displays, product receiving and storage and exterior and structural improvements.
