Third Street Social - Olathe, KS

Adaptive reuse  restaurant renovation transforming the 11,714 SF former City of Olathe IT office into a  high-end dining destination in downtown Olathe. The project includes an expansive outdoor patio, private dining areas, full commercial kitchen, bar, and thoughtfully designed dining environments that blend modern hospitality with the character of the existing structure. The project featured structural steel modifications to create Third Street Social’s signature barrel ceiling design, requiring advanced coordination and precision execution.
